Arrivals, Departures & Payment

• Check in time is 12pm (noon). Unless otherwise discussed.  - Check out time is 11am. Unless otherwise discussed. 
• Payment is due one 1 week prior to arrival and 2 weeks prior to arrival for holiday/event weekends.
• Rates include all taxes, water, electricity and sewer

Vehicles

• Two (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV.
• All vehicles including RV must have current registration, inspection, and license plates.
• All vehicles must be in operational condition.
• Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic.

Rig and/or Site Appearance

•  We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition.
• Outdoor items should be kept neat and orderly.
• No tires, generators, refrigerators, freezers and any other storage containers are allowed on your site.
• Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled.

Pets

•  Pets must be on a leash and under control of the owners at all times
• You must promptly pick up after your pet.
• Pets may never be left unattended outside or create a noise disturbance.
• Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on lot.
• No aggressive breeds allowed at any time.

General Rules

• Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests and will be held financially responsible for any damages incurred.
• No swimming pools.
• No tent camping.
• O-Ring, donut or screw-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all times.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Place garbage in plastic bags, tie and place in trash can. Please refrain from using any other trashcans as they belong to neighbors. 
• House neighbors have cameras, please do not walk onto their deck.
• Do not drive or park behind the slabs for any reason or with any type of vehicle, ATV's or golf carts. Our septic lines run across the open space and can not handle the weight of a vehicle.
• Absolutely no drugs will be tolerated at any time.

Five Palms RV Park and its management are not responsible for accidents, loss of valuables, damages or claims of damages to anyone's property.

Reservations made under false pretense shall result in automatic and immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of entire funds.
